Oily Skin Toner: If It Burns, Don’t Use It

Looking for an oily skin toner that works? Let me tell you a little story. Once upon a time there was a girl with very oily skin. She tried cleaning it with what was supposed to be a pure soap. Until it dried, breathing wasn't an option either. Those fumes again. The lady at the counter told me it would take a few days, then I'd get used to it.

Please, I could have put that stuff in my gas tank and my car would have run for a week.
