Welcome to GreatSkinForLife.com and thanks for stopping by. Come on in, glad you're here. Let me tell you a little bit about my quest for skin care that works. If you're like me, sometimes there's this little voice that whispers in your ear. It's saying, "Hey girlfriend, you're not getting any younger, here. What are you going to do to keep looking like your son's mother, not his grandmother?"

You see, I have four kids ranging in age from 27 to five. Yes, five and he's all boy and full of energy. Taking care of him, working full-time as a real estate agent for 16 years(until recently, more about that later) and being a single mom can take it's toll in both time and energy.

I've always been one of those that believed that having great skin could off-set a multitude of boo-boos like having a bad hair day or not having enough time to put on all the make-up. (darn, where did I put that mascara anyway?) The problem is that a majority of products have all this slick, expensive marketing that wants you to believe that they're the next miracle cream and they'll make a 60 year look 20. Yeah, right.

The problem, was not being able to find the skin care products that really worked. I have spent literally thousands of dollars on salon products, peels, dermal sanding(yes, sanding) all trying to get that dewey fresh, youthful look. Don't do that. Finally I came to the conclusion after many years of searching, that I don't need flashy packaging or hype, just a system that works, and works well

Isn't that what it's all about anyway? Who needs a cosmetics graveyard under their bathroom sink? Heaven knows I've been guilty of having one from time to time.

I'm thrilled to say I've found a system that works and combines both nature and science. Everything smells and feels wonderful. Everything works together. It's quick, easy and the best part is it truly does what it says it will, it works. I'm going to share all I've learned with you here.

As I mentioned earlier, I was working full time until recently. The housing crunch has effected many people and I'm one of them. I've sold new homes in Las Vegas, Nevada for the last 16 years, going to an office everyday and driving up to 45 minutes each way to work. When the lay off came, it was a blessing in disguise(although I sure didn't feel that way at the time). Those of us "in the trenches" saw the slowdown coming and were trying to prepare for it.

Researching "what do I want to do when I grow up" and what I could do until the housing industry recovered lead me here to sharing my experiences in skincare with you. That's also where the idea for this website came from. Now I can work from home, take my son to school and pick him up. That's a luxury I didn't have with my older kids.

It's also given me time to start regaining my health. You see all those years of being stressed out lead to major health issues and a diagnosis of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome over three years ago. Now I work at what I really love, work from home and get paid for it. What a deal!

I'd love to"meet" you and hear your feedback and comments. I want to share with you the products I'm using that have totally changed the way my skin looks and feels. So simple, so easy, and so effective. No surgeries for this girl. Now I won't need them.
